Jose❤️ was my guide during the entire ride, and he was absolutely amazing. He was sweet, patient, and very encouraging. He waited for me and my daughter, guided us step by step, and constantly reassured me that I could do it, and I did it🥳. He made me feel secure, confident, and safe, which truly meant everything, especially since safety is clearly their #1 PRIORITY💯!!! Wonderful staff. We actually had reservations at another beach with them, but the waves were too rough for the day. They offer no refunds unless bad weather, but they told us to go to the San Juan Bay Marina for their other location since we already paid. It ended up being more fun than we expected! We went out to Old San Juan and went along the coast. Nice staff and very friendly when working to get you the best experience for your money. We got free mojitos at the restaurant next to the marina for riding with them. Very good experience, would recommend booking with them. Gaby (manager) takes care of his customers.
