Puerto Rico's jet ski leader since 2004, Walking On Watersports (WOW) runs jet ski rentals in Isla Verde and Old San Juan, plus a surf school and beach rentals at Pine Grove Beach, Puerto Rico.

The Walking On Watersports story

WOW started in Isla Verde in 2004 with one mission:

To deliver the most exciting and safe jet ski adventure in Isla Verde, Puerto Rico.

That mission still drives everything we do. Today a crew of 20 runs three locations every day, from freestyle rides off Isla Verde Beach to guided rides beneath the El Morro fortress in Old San Juan. Our fleet of 30+ Yamaha WaveRunners, our bilingual guides and our safety briefings are the same at every location. WOW is certified by the Puerto Rico Tourism Company and authorized by the Puerto Rico Ports Authority, and we welcome first-timers, families, cruise passengers and experienced riders alike.

Meet our surf coach

Every instructor and guide on our team is trained and coached by William, so you get the same safe, patient teaching whether or not he is on the beach the day you ride or surf with us.

What we offer

• Isla Verde Beach jet ski rentals: self-guided freestyle rides of 30, 45 or 60 minutes
• Old San Juan El Morro ride: 45 minutes beneath the fortress, from San Juan Bay Marina
• Surf lessons at Pine Grove Beach: group and private lessons for ages 6 and up
• Beach rentals: chairs, umbrellas, boards, kayaks and paddleboards

Our fleet and safety

We ride Yamaha VX Deluxe WaveRunners with RiDE braking technology, so they are easy to stop and stable for first-timers. Every rider gets a safety briefing, life jackets are included, and drivers must be 21 or older with a valid photo ID.

No surprises

$0 security deposit, gas and taxes included, passengers ride free, and free driver swaps. If we cancel for weather, you choose a full refund or a reschedule.

We are fully insured, certified by the Puerto Rico Tourism Company, authorized by the Puerto Rico Ports Authority and permitted by the DRNA, with a water patrol on every rental. Questions? Contact our crew or read rider reviews.
